Apart from established sites at Grossard Point, Fisher St and Rhyll, and the three new sites in the Phillip Island Nature Park for which we have obtained a permit to fly (Dunvegan Rd, Forest Caves and Anzacs Beach) there are no other permitted areas that may be flown. The permit to fly these sites should be downloaded from the VHPA downloads page (and then read) and must be shown to rangers or council authorities on request. Download the permit at https://vhpa.org.au/Files/Phillip%20Island%20Site%20Permit.pdf
To check the boundaries of the Phillip Island Nature Park view the detailed map on their regulations page. Unauthorized launching within the park boundary may attract a sizable fine from a Park Ranger and would jeopardise the license with Nature Parks for the authorised sites.
